Taira is driven by the guiding philosophy that healthcare is a basic human right. To that end, she works tirelessly to provide high-quality healthcare to her community in Southern Oregon and beyond. Her fundraising efforts for a refugee clinic in Greece further exemplify her core belief that patients of all ages, races, and backgrounds deserve healthcare.
Background
Taira is originally from Pennsylvania and has lived in Rogue Valley for 16 years. She is married with three children. Taira and her family love to travel, spend time outdoors, bike, hike, and garden.
Experience + Credentials
Taira Warren is a family nurse practitioner board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her Bachelor’s Science in Nursing from Oregon Health and Science University in 2011. During that period, she also started working in a southern Oregon hospital system, following which she earned her Master’s in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University in 2017.
Taira has worked in a local health system for the past ten years in various acute care services. In addition to her work within the local health system, she has also worked at a refugee clinic in Greece, and she continues to stay involved with fundraising for that endeavor. She is committed to helping patients access reliable, high-quality health care.
